Platform Purpose

PilotPitch is an AI-powered founder fundraising platform designed to help startups prepare investor-ready materials, discover relevant investors, manage fundraising conversations, and streamline the fundraising journey.
The platform provides tools for pitch deck analysis, investor matching, communication management, CRM functionality, and educational resources.
PilotPitch does not provide investment advice, broker-dealer services, or guaranteed introductions to investors.

You must be at least 18 years old to use PilotPitch.
You must have the legal authority to represent any startup or entity you register on the platform.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and profile maintenance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or connected systems.
All content you upload, including pitch decks and profiles, must be your original work or content you have the right to share.
You agree to use the communication features respectfully and not to spam, harass, or send unsolicited bulk messages to other users.

PilotPitch retains all rights to its platform, brand, logos, software, and proprietary AI models.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform, including pitch decks, documents, and profile information.
By uploading content, you grant PilotPitch a limited license to process, analyze, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing platform services.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the PilotPitch platform without written permission.

PilotPitch does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any securities.
AI-generated analysis and investor matching are algorithmic suggestions and should not be construed as professional investment advice.
Founders and investors should conduct their own due diligence and consult qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions.

PilotPitch does not guarantee that any founder will secure funding, investment, or introductions to specific investors.
Investor interest, matching scores, and communication tools are provided to facilitate connections but do not assure outcomes.
Platform statistics and success stories represent historical results and do not guarantee future performance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
Grounds for suspension include: misrepresentation, harassment of other users, attempts to circumvent platform security, and repeated violations of community guidelines.
Users will be notified of account suspension via email, except in cases where immediate action is necessary to protect platform integrity.
Suspension does not entitle the user to a refund unless determined otherwise at our discretion.

PilotPitch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PilotPitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PilotPitch in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
Material changes will be communicated via email and a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
