Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026. We want you to be fully satisfied with PilotPitch. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.

Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings → Billing & Plans page.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that date.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period.
  • Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan and usage limits will apply immediately after the billing period ends.

Refund Eligibility

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your initial purchase or plan upgrade.
  • Refunds are not available for renewals, plan downgrades, or cancellations made after the 7-day window.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@pilotpitch.ai with your account email and purchase date.
  • If you have exceeded 50% of any paid feature limit during the refund window, your refund may be prorated or denied at our discretion.

Trial Plans

  • PilotPitch offers a Free plan with no time limit, allowing you to explore core features before upgrading.
  • Any promotional trial of paid features will be clearly communicated with start and end dates.
  • At the end of a promotional trial, you will be downgraded to the Free plan unless you explicitly choose to upgrade.
  • No payment is required to start using the Free plan.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Subscription Changes

  • Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period.
  • Downgrading your plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • If you upgrade during a promotional period, any special pricing may be forfeited.
  • Annual plans offer a discount equivalent to 2 free months compared to monthly billing.

  • We respond to billing inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days.
  • All prices are listed in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Failed payments may result in a temporary downgrade to the Free plan until the payment issue is resolved.
